HOW IT WORKS
What is this service?
Formulating business requirements is the translation of business needs into a language that is understandable to developers. We transform your tasks and processes into a clear technical specification: what exactly the system should do, what functions are needed, how they work, and what results are expected. This is the document on which the contractor evaluates the project and based on which you then accept the work.
Without a quality specification, implementation projects are most often derailed: the developer did "as understood," while the client expected something different — leading to additional payments, delays, and conflicts. Well-formed requirements eliminate this risk even before the work begins.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to key questions before the start
A quality specification saves much more than it costs: it eliminates extra payments for the "unforeseen," delays, and conflicts with the contractor. It is insurance for your implementation budget — you clearly know what you are ordering and what you are receiving.
No. The technical specification is formulated by the contractor who will carry out the implementation — they know their system and are responsible for the execution. We formulate the functional requirements (FRD), which serve as the input data for the technical specification and remain with you regardless of the contractor.
Participation in meetings where we clarify your tasks and needs, and access to people who understand the processes. If the processes are already described, there will be less work. We formulate functional (FRD) and non-functional (NonFRD) requirements, based on which the contractor subsequently prepares the technical specification (TRD). We take care of all the documentation of the requirements.
It is not mandatory, but if the processes are not described, part of this work will have to be done within the requirements formulation. Described processes speed up and reduce the cost of preparing requirements, as well as minimize the risks of gaps in the final document.
Description of functional requirements for the system (FRD), use cases, acceptance criteria. This is a document that the contractor uses to assess the project and prepare the technical specifications, and you then accept the result based on clear criteria.
Yes, if needed. We have a separate implementation support service, within which our analyst monitors the contractor and helps to accept the work according to the established functional requirements (FRD).
